Bolton boss Ian Evatt was impressed with Conor Bradley's debut performance and insists there is more to come from the Liverpool loanee.
Bradley, who is set to spend the season with Wanderers, turned out for the club for the first time in a competitive fixture on Saturday as they held Ipswich Town to a 1-1 draw at Portman Road.
The 19-year-old completed 90 minutes in what was his first league outing in senior football and although Evatt believes there are aspects of his game that need improvement, Bradley has been backed to grow into his role as he continues to feature in competitive matches.
"Physically he'll have learned an awful lot," Evatt told OfficialBWFC on YouTube. "It's hard work playing in that position for us.
"I thought there were some really good moments from him. First-half in particular he was defensively really solid, then second-half when we needed him to make that back-post he just ran out of gas.
"That will improve as the games come thick and fast. He's a really exciting prospect."
