Harry Brockbank is searching for a new club after a sudden and surprise departure from American outfit El Paso Locomotive.

Brockbank, who had previously been at Bolton since the age of seven and went on to make 36 appearances at first-team level, moved Stateside back in January after he was granted release from the final 18 months of his contract at the University of Bolton Stadium.

The 23-year-old featured 11 times for John Hutchinson's side, who rank 6th in the USL Championship Western Conference following a 1-0 victory at home to Sacramento Republic on Thursday, with his final outing for the club coming last Sunday when they were beaten by the same scoreline at Pittsburgh Riverhounds.

A brief statement, posted at eplocomotivefc.com, read: "El Paso Locomotive FC and Harry Brockbank have mutually agreed to part ways, the Club announced today. The Club wishes Harry the best in his future endeavors.

"Brockbank, 23, made 11 appearances for El Paso, nine of which were starts."
