Charles Breakspear will referee Saturday's Sky Bet League One fixture between Shrewsbury Town and Bolton at Montgomery Waters Meadow.
Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 2-0 victory at home to Ipswich Town last Saturday, while Salop held Crewe Alexandra to a goalless draw on their travels that same afternoon.
Breakspear, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 23 matches so far this season - issuing 104 yellow cards and two red.
His most recent outing was on January 8, when he was the man in the middle for Wycombe Wanderers' 3-3 draw with Sunderland in League One. The Surrey official brandished three yellow cards at Adams Park, two of which went to members of the home side.
Breakspear's last match in charge of Bolton was in October 2021, when they were beaten 4-0 by Wigan Athletic in a League One clash at the University of Bolton Stadium. Seven players were cautioned that afternoon, including the Wanderers trio of Ricardo Almeida Santos, George Johnston and George Thomason.
The last time he refereed a Shrewsbury fixture was in September 2020, as they played out a goalless draw with Portsmouth in a League One encounter at Fratton Park. Seven players went into the book that day, while Town defender Aaron Pierre was dismissed deep into stoppage time.
