Bolton have confirmed Gethin Jones, MJ Williams, Kieran Lee and George Thomason have all signed new contracts at the club.
Jones, who signed a deal through until the summer of 2023 as recently as this past May, has added a further 12 months to commit his future through until June 2024.
Since arriving at the University of Bolton Stadium on a free transfer from Carlisle United in August 2020, the 26-year-old has made 54 appearances for the Trotters - scoring three goals - and was a key figure in the side that won promotion from League Two last season.
Williams, Lee and Thomason, meanwhile, have all signed extensions that will keep them tied to the club until the summer of 2023 and Ian Evatt says the quartet have all been rewarded for their respective efforts since his appointment as manager in the summer of 2020.
"We want to be a football club that rewards performance and rewards success," Evatt told bwfc.co.uk.
"We feel like those lads have been out-performing and out-valuing what we were paying them so we want to do right by them, which is good for everybody.
"It's good from our side and it's good for them to secure their futures here.
"The three lads outside of Kieran - Gethin, MJ and George - are relatively young players who are still improving and still learning, playing regular football.
"It's great to tie down our assets and Kieran, since he has come to the club, has been absolutely outstanding.
"He's a shining example for our younger players during training of how to carry yourself as a professional footballer and his performances on the pitch have been first class."
