George Thomason has signed a new contract at Bolton, keeping him tied to the club until the summer of 2022.
Earlier in the week, it was revealed the 20-year-old had reached an agreement with Wanderers over fresh terms, with his existing deal set to expire at the end of the current campaign.
Thomason has now put pen-to-paper, committing his immediate future to the Trotters, who have managed to secure the services of one of the EFL's brightest young prospects outside of the Championship.
Speaking to bwfc.co.uk about his new deal, Thomason said: "Wanderers gave me my first taste of professional football and I'm buzzing to sign this new deal.
"The manager and the management team have put their trust in me and I intend to repay that."
