Saturday's Sky Bet League Two fixture between Salford City and Bolton Wanderers has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at the Peninsula Stadium.
After beating the Ammies in this season's reverse fixture back in November, Wanderers were looking to complete a league double in what would have been their first-ever trip to their opposition's home.
Having seen matches against Mansfield Town called off in consecutive weeks because of a frozen and waterlogged pitch, respectively, it is the third time in less than a fortnight that the Trotters have had to travel home without so much as kicking a ball.
Whilst a rearranged date will be announced in due course, there is likely to be a wait to get the game on - March 23 being the next available Tuesday where both clubs are currently free to play.
