Ian Evatt will be hoping a frustrated Bolton can use their anger to positive effect on Saturday, when they come up against Salford City.
For the second time in as many weeks, Wanderers go into a weekend game on the back of a midweek postponement - after Tuesday's clash at Mansfield Town was this called off 90 minutes prior to kick-off due to a waterlogged pitch.
The Trotters and the Ammies were heavily touted as pre-season promotion favourites amongst the bookmakers but both have struggled to live up to the hype, with Evatt's side languishing down in 19th position with more than half of the campaign played.
Despite their lowly status in the EFL, Evatt boosted his squad on the final day of the transfer window and hopes to have all four of his fresh faces available for selection at the Peninsula Stadium.
Oladapo Afolayan, MJ Williams, Marcus Maddison and goalkeeper Lukas Jensen have all shown no ill-effects to their new training environment during the week, while Shaun Miller could make a first appearance since November after recovering from a long-term thigh problem.
Antoni Sarcevic continues to miss out with a groin injury which is set to keep him sidelined for the entirety of February, while Ali Crawford is a major absentee after joining Tranmere Rovers on loan for the remainder of the season.
