Bolton defender George Taft has joined League Two rivals Scunthorpe United on loan until the end of the season.
Taft joined Wanderers on a free transfer from Cambridge United this past summer but has been restricted to just five appearances during his time at the University of Bolton Stadium - only one of which has been in league competition.
The 27-year-old has been a regular name amongst the substitutes throughout the campaign, but hasn't featured since a Papa John's Trophy victory over Newcastle United back in November.
Taft is contracted to the Trotters until the summer of 2022 but is likely to find his future elsewhere after falling out of favour under manager Ian Evatt.
