Connor Hall has completed a move to Woking, joining the non-league club on a free transfer after his contract at Bolton expired.

Hall, who has signed a 12-month deal, previously spent time on loan at Kingfield Stadium in 2017 prior to his switch to Wanderers from Sheffield United.

Having scored 22 goals for the under-23 side and claiming the club's Young Player of the Year award in his debut campaign, Hall had been tipped for stardom with the Trotters but struggled to make the jump to first-team level under Phil Parkinson and, most recently, Keith Hill.

After a mass exodus of players following the club's drop into administration, Hall had looked set to begin the 2019/20 League One campaign as first-choice striker but picked up an ankle injury on the eve of the first game which kept him sidelined for upwards of three months.

Upon his return, he would feature as a late substitute in home defeats to both Plymouth Argyle and Portsmouth - taking his overall appearance total to four - before joining Chorley on loan in January, where he had scored three goals in six games prior to the outbreak of COVID-19.

Hall was released following the expiry of his contract in June and will look to use 2020/21 as a springboard, as he seeks regular first-team football, fitness and, most importantly, goals.
