Charlton Athletic have completed the signing of Ben Amos, who had been available as a free agent following his release by Bolton.
Amos has signed a 12-month contract at The Valley - with the option of a second year - and becomes the Addicks' fifth signing of the summer transfer window.
The 29-year-old made 53 appearances during a four-year spell with Wanderers, the last of which came in an EFL Cup first-round defeat at Blackpool in August 2016.
He has since endured mixed spells out on loan at Cardiff City, Charlton and Millwall, respectively, but left a lasting impression on his new club, who have boosted their goalkeeping options ahead of their forthcoming return to Championship action.
Speaking to Charlton Athletic's official website, Amos said: "It feels great. It doesn't really feel like I’ve been away to be honest.
"I enjoyed my time here last time. I know a lot of the people and the staff here and I want to play Championship football. I'm excited to get going."
