Peter Bankes will referee Saturday's Sky Bet Championship fixture between Bolton and Ipswich Town at the University of Bolton Stadium.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 2-1 victory at Queens Park Rangers last Saturday, while the Tractor Boys were beaten 2-0 at home by Hull City that same afternoon.

Bankes, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 34 matches so far this season - issuing 148 yellow cards and four red.

His most recent outing was on April 2, when he was the man in the middle for Swansea City's 3-0 victory over Brentford in the Championship. The Merseyside official brandished four yellow cards at the Liberty Stadium, all of which went to members of the losing Bees side.

Bankes' last match in charge of Bolton was in March 2018, when they were beaten 3-1 by Preston North End in a Championship clash at Macron Stadium. Six players were cautioned that afternoon - including Wanderers duo Mark Beevers and Filipe Morais.

The last time he refereed an Ipswich fixture was on February 10, as they lost 3-0 to Norwich City in a Championship encounter at Carrow Road. Seven players entered the book that day, including the Town trio of Cole Skuse, Jon Nolan and Flynn Downes.

Below is the full set of officials for Saturday's game between Bolton and Ipswich Town:
