Geoff Eltringham will referee Saturday's Sky Bet Championship fixture between Queens Park Rangers and Bolton at Loftus Road.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 5-2 defeat at Wigan Athletic prior to the international break, while Rangers held Hull City to a 2-2 draw at the KCOM Stadium.

Eltringham, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 32 matches so far this season - issuing 112 yellow cards and five red.

His most recent outing was on March 12, when he was the man in the middle for Port Vale's 3-0 victory over Yeovil Town in League Two. The County Durham official brandished four yellow cards at Vale Park, three of which went to members of the losing visitors.

Eltringham's last match in charge of Bolton was in August 2018, when they were 2-1 winners over West Bromwich Albion in a Championship clash at The Hawthorns. One player was cautioned that afternoon - Baggies midfielder Chris Brunt.

The last time he refereed a QPR fixture was on January 6, as they ran out 2-1 winners over Leeds United in an FA Cup third round tie at Loftus Road. Five players entered the book that day, including R's duo Darnell Furlong and Osman Kakay.
