Darren Bond will referee Saturday's Sky Bet Championship fixture between Bolton and Blackburn Rovers at the University of Bolton Stadium.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 2-0 defeat at Stoke City on Tuesday, while Rovers were beaten on home soil by Sheffield United the following evening by the same scoreline.

Bond, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 11 matches so far this season - issuing 32 yellow cards and two red.

His most recent outing was on October 2, when he was the man in the middle for Leeds United's 1-0 victory over Hull City in the Championship. The Lancashire official produced four yellow cards at the KCOM Stadium, three of which went to members of the victorious away side.

Bond's last match in charge of Bolton was on March 10, when they held Sheffield Wednesday to a 1-1 draw in a Championship clash at Hillsborough. He kept his cards in his pocket on that occasion.

The last time he refereed a Blackburn fixture was in February 2017, as they ran out 1-0 winners over Derby County in a Championship encounter at Ewood Park. Six players entered the book that evening, including the Rovers quartet of Jason Steele, Ryan Nyambe, Danny Guthrie and Elliott Bennett.

Below is the full set of officials for Saturday's game between Bolton and Blackburn Rovers:
