Jeremy Simpson will referee Tuesday's Sky Bet Championship fixture between Stoke City and Bolton at the bet365 Stadium.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 1-0 victory at home to Derby County on Saturday, while the Potters came back from two-down to secure a 2-2 draw at Rotherham United later that evening.

Simpson, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 11 matches so far this season - issuing 41 yellow cards and two red.

His most recent outing was on September 25, when he was the man in the middle for Norwich City's 4-3 victory over Wycombe Wanderers in the Carabao Cup. The Lancashire official produced four yellow cards at Adams Park, three of which went to members of the losing hosts.

Simpson's last match in charge of Bolton was in December 2017, when they were beaten 2-0 by Middlesbrough in a Championship clash at the Riverside Stadium. Five cautions were issued that afternoon, with Andrew Taylor, Mark Beevers and David Wheater all having their names taken for Phil Parkinson's side.

He has never previously taken charge of Stoke.

Below is the full set of officials for Tuesday's game between Stoke City and Bolton:
