Bolton's Sky Bet Championship fixture at Aston Villa has been rescheduled for Friday 2nd November 2018, after it was selected for live television coverage by Sky Sports.
Originally due to take place the following afternoon, Wanderers' trip to Villa Park will now begin at 19:45.
Phil Parkinson's side were beaten in the corresponding match last season - losing 1-0 to a Jonathan Kodjia penalty - although they made amends at Macron Stadium back in March when Adam Le Fondre scored the only goal.
Supporters are advised that ticket and travel information will be announced in due course.
