Bolton are determined to hold on to Mark Beevers, despite mounting interest from Rangers and fellow Championship side Blackburn Rovers.

Beevers, a free signing from Millwall in July 2016, has made 98 appearances during his two seasons with Wanderers - missing just six games in that time - and recently trigged a one-year extension to his contract.

The 28-year-old has been identified as a potential arrival at Ewood Park, should Rovers fail in their pursuit of Charlton Athletic's Patrick Bauer, although the Trotters are expected to fend off any bids for their defender.
