Keith Stroud will referee Saturday's Sky Bet Championship fixture between Bolton and Wolverhampton Wanderers at Macron Stadium.

Bolton go into the game on the back of a 2-2 draw at Barnsley last Saturday, while Wolves celebrated winning promotion to the Premier League with victory over Birmingham City the following afternoon.

Stroud, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 30 matches so far this season - issuing 130 yellow cards and seven red.

His most recent outing was on April 2, when he was the man in the middle for Brentford's 1-0 victory at Bristol City in the Championship. The Hampshire official produced five yellow cards in that game.

Stroud's last match in charge of Bolton was on February 24, when they played out a goalless draw with Norwich City in a Championship clash at Carrow Road. Seven cautions were issued that afternoon, with Reece Burke, Sammy Ameobi, Darren Pratley, Filipe Morais and Jon Flanagan amongst the recipients.

The last time he refereed a Wolves fixture was on January 13, as they held Barnsley to a 0-0 draw in a Championship encounter at Oakwell. Three players entered the referee's book that afternoon, including the visiting duo of Diogo Jota and Romain Saiss.
