Darren England will referee Saturday's Sky Bet Championship fixture between Derby County and Bolton at Pride Park.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 1-0 defeat at home to Birmingham City on Tuesday, while the Rams were 1-0 winners at Preston North End the previous afternoon.

England, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 33 matches so far this season - issuing 125 yellow cards and two red.

His most recent outing was on April 3, when he was the man in the middle for Wolverhampton Wanderers' 2-2 draw with Hull City at Molineux. The Yorkshire official produced three yellow cards in that game, all of which went to members of the visiting Tigers side.

England's last match in charge of Bolton was in December 2017, when they were beaten 3-2 by Nottingham Forest in a Championship clash at the City Ground. Four cautions were issued that afternoon, with Antonee Robinson and Karl Henry amongst the recipients.

The last time he refereed a Derby fixture was on January 19, as they were held to a goalless draw by Bristol City in a Championship encounter at Pride Park. Two players entered the referee's book that evening, including County forward Cameron Jerome.
