Tim Robinson will referee Tuesday's Sky Bet Championship fixture between Cardiff City and Bolton at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw at home to Fulham on Saturday, while the Bluebirds emerged from Millwall with the same scoreline the previous evening.

Robinson, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 34 matches so far this season - issuing 107 yellow cards and nine red.

His most recent outing was on February 6, when he was the man in the middle for Rochdale's 1-0 victory over Millwall in an FA Cup fourth-round tie at Spotland.

Robinson's last match in charge of Bolton was in March 2017, when they were 4-0 winners over Gillingham in a League One clash at Priestfield Stadium. Three cautions were issued that evening, including one to Wanderers forward Gary Madine.

The last time he refereed a Cardiff fixture was on January 1, as they were beaten 2-1 by Queens Park Rangers in a Championship encounter at Loftus Road. Four players entered the book that day, including City duo Lee Peltier and Matthew Connolly.
