West Ham United defender Reece Burke has returned for a second loan spell at Bolton, which will run through until the end of the season.

Burke, who spent the first half of the campaign on loan with Wanderers, made 15 appearances for Phil Parkinson's side before returning to London Stadium following the New Year's Day victory over Hull City.

The 21-year-old featured three times for his parent club since the expiry of his initial loan and scored his first senior goal for the club in their recent FA Cup third-round replay victory over Shrewsbury Town.

Burke is available for immediate selection and is expected to go straight into the squad for the Trotters' home clash with Bristol City on Friday.
