Charlton Athletic goalkeeper Ben Amos has been nominated for October's Sky Bet League One Player of the Month award.

Amos, who is on a season-long loan deal from Bolton, conceded just once in four outings as the Addicks moved up to 4th place in the league table - firmly establishing themselves amongst the division's promotion contenders.

The 27-year-old faces competition from Plymouth Argyle's Graham Carey, Blackburn Rovers midfielder Bradley Dack, as well as Walsall playmaker Erhun Oztumer.

The judging panel, comprising of Sky Sports' EFL expert Don Goodman, League Managers' Association Director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet EFL Trader Mikey Mumford, will deliberate before announcing a winner on Friday.
