Darren England will referee Saturday's Sky Bet Championship fixture between Bolton and Brentford at Macron Stadium.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 3-0 defeat at West Ham United in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday, while the Bees lost 3-1 at home to Norwich City in the same competition.

England, who will take charge of the game, has officiated eight matches so far this season - issuing 32 yellow cards and one red.

His most recent outing was on September 16, when he was the man in the middle for Hull City's 1-1 draw with Sunderland in the Championship. The Yorkshire official produced seven yellow cards in that game, five of which went to the away side.

England's last match in charge of Bolton was on August 15, when they held Birmingham City to a goalless draw at St Andrew's. Two cautions were issued that evening, one of which went to Wanderers midfielder Filipe Morais.

He has never previously refereed a Brentford fixture.
