Scott Duncan will referee Sunday's League One fixture between Bolton and Peterborough United at Macron Stadium.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 2-0 victory at Port Vale last Saturday, while Posh were 4-2 winners at home to Bristol Rovers on the same afternoon.

Duncan, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 36 matches so far this season - issuing 108 yellow cards and 10 red.

His most recent outing was on April 22, when he was the man in the middle for Bristol City's 3-2 win over Barnsley in the Championship. The Northumberland official produced two yellow cards in that game, with each side receiving one apiece.

Duncan's last match in charge of Bolton was in December 2016, when they ran out 4-0 winners over Gillingham on home soil. One caution was issued that evening - to Gills midfielder Josh Wright.

The last time he refereed a Peterborough fixture was in August 2014, as they were beaten 2-1 by Sheffield United in a League One clash at London Road. Duncan kept his cards in his pocket on that occasion.

Below is the full set of officials for Sunday's game between Bolton and Peterborough United:

Referee: Scott Duncan
Assistant Referees: Adam Crysell and Philip Dermott
Fourth Official: Graham Salisbury
