Ken Anderson has confirmed Bolton have reached an agreement which will see them settle an outstanding debt owed to Macron.

At a Q&A session with supporters on December 13, Anderson revealed there was truth to reports that the club was likely to face legal implications over an unpaid figure of around £150,000 to their kit manufacturer and stadium sponsor.

In an update, however, the Wanderers chairman has admitted an agreement is now in place, as he continues in his quest to keep financial issues to a minimum.

A statement, posted on bwfc.co.uk, read: "Following on from my comments regarding the situation with Macron at the recent Q&A session meanwhile, an agreement has now been reached with them."
