With less than 12 hours of the summer transfer window to go, the rumour mill is starting to bubble at Bolton Wanderers.

Earlier in the day, speculation linking a quartet of players with moves to Macron Stadium surfaced, with Keshi Anderson (Crystal Palace, forward), Ian Lawlor (Manchester City, goalkeeper), Gedion Zelalem (Arsenal, midfielder) and Tom Hateley (free agent, midfielder) all reported targets.

Updates on the progress of those deals remains scarce as of noon, although any move for Lawlor is in doubt after it emerged he is undergoing treatment for a minor injury.

Bolton are actively searching for a goalkeeper, having allowed Ben Amos to join Cardiff City on loan for the rest of the season, and their latest target appears to have come in the form of Peterborough United's Ben Alnwick.

Alnwick has been transfer listed by request at the ABAX Stadium, citing 'personal reasons' as his desire to seek pastures new.

The 29-year-old began his career with spells at Sunderland and Tottenham Hotspur, but has fallen down the EFL pyramid in recent years with short-lived stays at Barnsley, Charlton Athletic, Leyton Orient and, presently, Peterborough.

James Henry is a new name linked with a switch to Macron Stadium, as he ponders a move away from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The 27-year-old midfielder has made over 100 appearances since joining Wolves on a permanent basis from Millwall in January 2014, but has been on the fringes of Walter Zenga's squad in the early stages of the campaign.

Bolton are said to be exploring a loan move for Henry and would have to conclude a deal on deadline day, after FIFA removed the EFL's option of utilising an emergency loan window in the Autumn.
