Phil Parkinson takes charge of Bolton for the first time on Saturday, as Wanderers end their time on the continent with a game against FC Helsingor.

After spending the week training in Malmo, Sweden, Wanderers travel 100km north-west into Denmark, where they will kick-off their pre-season schedule against the Danish second division side.

Parkinson has confirmed all players to have made the journey will receive game time, with the exception of those carrying minor knocks following days of intense training.

Darren Pratley is available for selection, despite holding preliminary talks over a transfer to Queens Park Rangers, while there could be first outings in Trotters colours for new signings Mark Beevers, Chris Taylor and Jamie Proctor.

Alex Samizadeh and George Newell were not part of the travelling party, but could come back into contention for next weekend's trip to Mansfield Town, so Max Clayton may be granted a first start November.

Ben Amos isn't expected to go the full 90 minutes after picking up a minor strain in training, so William Jaaskelainen looks set to follow in his father's footsteps by receiving first-team action in Bolton colours for the first time.

Bolton Wanderers: from: Amos, Jaaskelainen, Moxey, Dervite, Osede, Wilson, Finney, Holding, Beevers, Vela, Spearing, Davies, Trotter, Pratley, Twardzik, Woolery, Walker, Taylor, Clough, Clayton, Madine, Wilkinson, Proctor
