Phil Parkinson will take training for the first time on Monday, as Bolton's players report back for the first day of pre-season.
Seven weeks since the curtain was brought down on a miserable Championship campaign for Wanderers, Parkinson will put his squad through their paces when they arrive at their Lostock base.
Having reported individually for cardiac screening last week, Parkinson will assemble a threadbare squad together with one eye on Saturday's opening friendly at Atherton Collieries, before the work intensifies with a trip to Denmark next week.
After returning from the continent, Bolton face five friendlies in the space of a fortnight, before kicking off their League One campaign at home to Sheffield United on August 6.
