Dean Holdsworth has taken up the role of Director of Football at Bolton, who have added two further names to their management team.
Holdsworth, who purchased the Wanderers alongside Ken Anderson in March, had been working as chief executive officer in recent months, but will now begin his new position as a senior to manager Phil Parkinson.
In addition, the Trotters have announced the appointment of Paul Aldridge as a football consultant, while John Pelling arrives at Macron Stadium to help oversee club business and report to the board of directors.
Aldridge is best known for a five-year spell at Sheffield Wednesday, where he held roles including vice chairman and chief executive officer, but also has experience through various positions at West Ham United, Leicester City and Manchester City.
Commenting on Aldridge's new role, Ken Anderson, Wanderers chairman, said: "Paul is someone who knows the football landscape very well.
"He has top level experience and I am sure he will strengthen our existing senior manager team at the club.
"I am sure everyone will join me in welcoming Paul to Bolton Wanderers Football Club."
