Bolton are to shell out almost £600,000 in transfer fees, with outstanding payments due over deals for both Jay Spearing and Wellington Silva.
After a successful spell on loan, Spearing joined Wanderers on a permanent deal from Liverpool in August 2013 and has gone on to make a total of 131 appearances for the club.
He was ousted from the first-team squad in March, however, when it emerged one further outing would have activated a clause that would have seen a £100,000 bonus payment due to the Anfield club.
Under the terms of payment agreed upon the arrival of Spearing, Bolton must now settle one final £330,000 instalment to the Reds.
Wanderers are also due to settle an outstanding loan fee with Arsenal on Tuesday, with £250,000 set to be exchanged for the season-long services of Silva.
Silva made 26 appearances during a disappointing spell at Macron Stadium, where a combination of injuries and inconsistent form saw him drop in and out of the side throughout the campaign.
