Geoff Eltringham will referee Saturday's Championship fixture between Bolton and Reading at Macron Stadium.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 6-0 defeat at Bristol City before the international break, while the Royals were held to a 1-1 draw by Cardiff City on the same afternoon a fortnight ago.

Eltringham, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 33 matches so far this season - issuing 85 yellow cards and seven red.

His most recent outing was on March 26, when he was the man in the middle for Burton Albion's goalless draw with Oldham Athletic in League One. The County Durham official produced three yellow cards in that game, two of which went to home Brewers players.

Eltringham's last match in charge of Bolton was on Boxing Day, when they were beaten 4-0 at Rotherham United. Two players were cautioned that day, with Rob Holding the recipient for the visiting side.

The last time he refereed a Reading fixture was earlier that same month, as they were beaten 1-0 by Preston North End at Deepdale. Three players entered the book that day, all of which were on the visiting Royals side.

Below is the full set of officials for Saturday's game between Bolton and Reading:

Referee: Geoff Eltringham
Assistant Referees: Christopher Akers and Steven Copeland
Fourth Official: Carl Boyeson
