Rob Lewis will referee Saturday's Championship fixture between Brighton & Hove Albion and Bolton at the Amex Stadium.
Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 2-1 victory over Rotherham United on Saturday, while the Seagulls were 3-0 winners at home to Brentford the previous evening.
Lewis, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 19 matches so far this season - issuing 61 yellow cards and three red.
His most recent outing was on January 30, when he was the man in the middle for Bristol City's goalless draw with Birmingham City at Ashton Gate. The Shrewsbury official produced four yellow cards in that game, three of which went to the home side.
He has never previously taken charge of a match involving either Brighton or Bolton.
