Jay Spearing has been voted as Bolton's Man of the Match in Tuesday's 2-2 draw at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

In the absense of Darren Pratley, Spearing was handed a first start since Boxing Day and did his chances of staying in the team no harm after producing arguably his best display of the season.

Spearing saw off competition from goalscorer Wellington Silva to take the award, while Liam Trotter and Rob Holding were tied for third place.
