David Wheater has been voted as Bolton's Man of the Match in Monday's 1-0 victory against Blackburn Rovers.

Since returning from injury at the end of September, Wheater has gone on to feature in 16 consecutive games for Wanderers and he was on the winning side for the first time in that run after Gary Madine netted the only goal against Rovers.

Wheater comfortably saw off competition from Dean Moxey to claim the award, while Madine and Josh Vela were both tied for third place.
