Dean Whitestone will referee Saturday's Championship fixture between Preston North End and Bolton at Deepdale.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw against Leeds United, while North End held league leaders Brighton & Hove Albion to a goalless draw at the AMEX Stadium.

Whitestone, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 14 matches so far this season - issuing 40 yellow cards and two red.

His last outing was on October 24, when he was the man in the middle for Swindon Town's 2-2 draw with Coventry City in League One. The Northamptonshire official produced four yellow cards in that game, as well as awarding the hosts a controversial stoppage time penalty.

Whitestone's last match in charge of Bolton was on February 28, when Zach Clough scored the only goal in a victory over Brighton. Three players were booked on that afternoon at Macron Stadium, with Emile Heskey amongst the recipients for the home side.

The last time he refereed a Preston fixture was on March 3, when they were held to a 2-2 draw by Doncaster Rovers. Two yellow cards were shown that evening, with Joe Garner and Paul Huntington having their names taken.

Below is the full set of officials for Saturday's game between Preston North End and Bolton:
