Attwell to Referee MK Dons v Bolton

Stuart Attwell will referee Tuesday's Championship fixture between MK Dons and Bolton at stadiummk.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 3-0 defeat at Middlesbrough on Saturday, while the Dons were beaten 1-0 by Preston North End on the same afternoon.

Attwell, who will take charge of the game, has officiated two matches so far this season - issuing four yellow cards.

His last outing was on August 15, when he was the man in the middle for Morecambe's 1-0 victory over Accrington Stanley in League Two. Two yellow cards were shown that day, with one recipient on each side.

Attwell's last match in charge of Bolton was in December 2014, when they were 1-0 winners at Millwall at The Den. Five bookings were made that evening, with Matt Mills, Neil Danns and Darren Pratley on the receiving end for Wanderers.

The last time he refereed an MK Dons fixture was in August 2014, when they beat Manchester United 4-0 in the League Cup. Two players entered the book that evening, with Dons defender Anthony Kay amongst the names to be taken.
