Bolton Wanderers have been named amongst the worst-run football clubs in Britain, according to an opinion-based report in The Telegraph.

Wanderers, who reported a £9.1million loss for the financial year ending June 2014, seeing debt rise to a staggering £172.9million, are one of five Championship outfits to appear on the list - alongside Blackburn Rovers, Cardiff City, Leeds United and Queens Park Rangers.

The Trotters rank 8th in the list, which is topped by local neighbours Blackpool, who were relegated into League One last season.
