May 14, 2015 - City Forward Set for Bolton Switch?

Reports earlier in the week suggested Bolton had offered a contract to Manchester City forward John Guidetti, who looks set to leave the club when his deal expires at the end of June.

Guidetti has spent the season on loan at Celtic, for whom he has scored 15 goals in 35 appearances, as they claimed a domestic Premiership and League Cup double.

The report, published by Inside Futbol, suggests both Wanderers and Stoke City have lined up offers that would see the 23-year-old pocket around £20,000-a-week, although sources close to the Trotters have laughed off the speculation due to the club's precarious financial situation.

Championship Duo Eye Robert Hall Signature

On Tuesday, news broke that MK Dons were considering a £400,000 move for Bolton winger Robert Hall, who looks set to depart Macron Stadium this summer after a disappointing two-year spell with the club.

However, it would appear as though they face competition for his signature, with Rotherham United said to be keen on securing the services of the 21-year-old. (The Bolton News)
