Keith Andrews looks set to make a permanent move to MK Dons, after striking a 'gentleman's agreement' over a coaching role with manager Karl Robinson.
Andrews, who spent the final three months of the season on loan at stadiummk, struggled to establish himself as an on-field player with the Dons but was given responsibility to provide support to Robinson and Ritchie Baker in coaching at both senior and youth levels.
The 34-year-old is due to leave Bolton when his contract expires on June 30 and he faces the prospect of lining up against his soon-to-be former employers next season, after MK Dons won automatic promotion to the Championship.
Andrews has yet to put pen-to-paper on a deal with the Dons, but is expected to link up with the rest of the squad when they report for a pre-season training camp in Dublin later this summer.
