Sheffield Wednesday will release 11 players at the end of June, including Bolton loanee Giles Coke.

Coke joined the Owls on a free transfer from Motherwell in July 2010 but failed to hold down a regular place at Hillsborough, making just 101 appearances in five years with the club.

Loan spells at Bury and Swindon Town provided the 28-year-old with a route back into the Wednesday squad at the start of this season and he played 16 times before losing his place in November.

After four months without a game at senior level, Coke completed an emergency loan move to Macron Stadium in March but failed to impress during his time in Lancashire - making just four appearances.

Also leaving Wednesday next month are Lewis Buxton, Paul Corry, Rafa Floro, Dejan Kelhar, Gary Madine, Joe Mattock, Jacques Maghoma, Rhys McCabe, Matt Young and Kamil Zayatte.

New contracts have been offered to veteral goalkeeper Chris Kirkland, defender Glenn Loovens, midfielders Kieran Lee and Jose Semedo, as well as forward Chris Maguire.
