Simon Hooper will referee Monday's Championship fixture between Bournemouth and Bolton at the Goldsands Stadium.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 2-2 draw at Brentford on Saturday, while the Cherries were held to the same scoreline by Sheffield Wednesday.

Hooper, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 36 matches so far this season - issuing 116 yellow cards and three red.

His last outing was on April 14, when he was the man in the middle for Chesterfield's 6-0 victory over Colchester United in League One. The Wiltshire official kept his cards in his pocket that evening.

Hooper's last match in charge of Bolton was in October 2014, when they were beaten 2-1 at Charlton Athletic. Three bookings were made that night, with Lee Chung-Yong one of the recipients.

The last time he refereed a Bournemouth fixture was on February 28, when they were held to a goalless draw by Blackburn Rovers. One player entered the book that day, with Harry Arter on the receiving end for the hosts.
