Ben Amos has been voted as Bolton's Man of the Match in Tuesday's 1-0 defeat at Middlesbrough.

After injuries ruled out the duo of Andy Lonergan and Adam Bogdan, Amos made his first Wanderers start at the Riverside Stadium and produced a number of impressive saves to keep Boro out for the majority of the game.

The on-loan Manchester United goalkeeper narrowly saw off competition from David Wheater, Emile Heskey and Liam Feeney to take the award.
