Bolton have been handed a triple injury boost, with news that Mark Davies, Craig Davies and Emile Heskey are all closing in on their respective returns.

Mark Davies hasn't featured for Wanderers since undergoing surgery on injured knee ligaments in November, while Craig Davies and Heskey have both missed the last month of action with hamstring problems.

When quizzed about the progress of the sidelined trio, Bolton boss Neil Lennon revealed Mark Davies could be back on the field by the end of March and has hinted towards the inclusion of Craig Davies and Heskey in his squad for the weekend trip to Nottingham Forest.

"He's (Mark Davies) looking well," Lennon told The Bolton News.

"He's trained his rehab very, very well and looking in really good condition so it's just a matter of getting him back out there on the pitch.

"I don't think he's far away from that, maybe another four or five weeks.

"Emile and Craig are back on the training ground doing physical work now.

"Saturday was too soon but we hope the Forest game will be okay.

"They haven't really been involved with the first team so far but we're hoping that will happen this week."
