Carl Boyeson will referee Saturday's Championship fixture between Nottingham Forest and Bolton at the City Ground.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 4-3 defeat to Watford on Saturday, while Forest held Blackpool to a remarkable 4-4 draw on the same afternoon.

Boyeson, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 23 matches so far this season - issuing 58 yellow cards and three red.

His last outing was on February 7, when he was the man in the middle for Shrewsbury Town's 1-1 draw with Southend United in League Two. The East Yorkshire official produced two yellow cards in that game, with one being shown to each side.

Boyeson's last match in charge of Bolton was in August 2014, when they were beaten 3-0 by Watford at Vicarage Road. No bookings were made that day, as Wanderers began the campaign in disappointing style.

The last time he refereed a Forest fixture was in February 2014, when they held Blackpool to a 1-1 draw at Bloomfield Road. Again, no players entered the book that day.

Below is the full set of officials for Saturday's game between Nottingham Forest and Bolton:

Referee: Carl Boyeson
Assistant Referees: Nigel Lugg, William Smallwood
Fourth Official: Stuart Attwell
