Neil Lennon has provided an update on the fitness of Bolton trio Craig Davies, Lee Chung-Yong and Zach Clough.

Wanderers travel to Liverpool on Saturday, looking to cause a major upset and advance through to the fifth round of the FA Cup, but they will go into the game at Anfield with doubts hanging over a number of key players.

Davies suffered a hamstring strain late on in last weekend's 2-1 victory at Sheffield Wednesday and Chung-Yong has flown back from Australia after fracturing his leg in South Korea's opening game of the Asian Cup. Clough, meanwhile, could come back into contention after failing to feature since the third round win over Wigan Athletic because of a hamstring issue of his own.

Speaking ahead of the game, Wanderers boss Lennon said: "Craig Davies is struggling, after picking up a hamstring strain at Sheffield Wednesday.

"Lee Chung-Yong had a scan this week. There's a very small hairline fracture but we're hoping he'll be fit in a week to 10 days. He'll not be ready for Liverpool.

"We're hoping Zach Clough will be fit for the weekend, so that'll give us a little bit of extra creative spark that we're just lacking at the minute.

"Apart from that, we're ok from last weekend. Well, I say apart from that, but they're two very important players that are missing at the minute."

In the event that all three players fail to make kick-off, they will join an injury list that also contains the likes of Marc Tierney, Robert Hall, Mark Davies, Andy Kellett and Max Clayton.
