Josh Vela has been voted as Bolton's Man of the Match in Saturday's 2-1 victory at Sheffield Wednesday.

Vela, who has now appeared in a career best 12 consecutive games for Wanderers, was moved into his more natural midfield position at Hillsborough and played a pivotal part in his team's success - laying on the opening goal for Liam Feeney inside the opening 90 seconds.

The academy graduate saw off competition from Darren Pratley to claim the award, while Andy Lonergan and Emile Heskey shared third place.
