Youri Djorkaeff, Fabrice Muamba and Stuart Holden have all stated their desire to take part in Kevin Davies' testimonial match.

The game is scheduled to take place at Macron Stadium on either July 31 or August 1, 2015, with former Wanderers players potentially lining up alongside ex-teammates from Davies' other clubs and a number of local celebrities.

Stelios Giannakopoulos, Ivan Campo, Henrik Pedersen, Nicky Hunt and Anthony Barness have reportedly agreed to take part in the event, but the trio of Djorkaeff, Muamba and Holden have now expressed their intentions to feature.

Djorkaeff made 81 appearances for Wanderers, between 2002 and 2004, scoring 20 goals, before ending his career with brief spells at Blackburn Rovers and New York Red Bulls, respectively.

Muamba was forced into retirement in August 2012, four months after suffering a near-fatal cardiac arrest playing for Bolton in an FA Cup tie at Tottenham Hotspur. He has played in a number of charity events since that date, but Davies' testimonial would represent his first playing return to Macron Stadium in what would be three-and-a-half years.

Holden, meanwhile, is currently a free agent after his contract with Bolton expired at the end of last season. He remains committed to the club and hopes to return after fully recovering from injury. Despite playing just 38 times since signing in 2010, the United States international is fondly known as a cult hero among supporters and would be a welcome addition to the line-ups on the day.
