Conor Wilkinson Signs New Bolton Deal

Conor Wilkinson has committed his future to Bolton, by signing a new contract that will see him remain at Macron Stadium until the summer of 2018.

Wilkinson, who had two years to run on his existing deal, has put pen-to-paper on a two-year extension after impressing Neil Lennon since his arrival as manager in October.

The 19-year-old, who has made two senior appearances since arriving from Millwall in July 2013, enjoyed successful loan spells at Chester and Torquay United, respectively, last season, before netting his first Football League goal while on loan at Oldham Athletic earlier this season.

A Republic of Ireland under-21 international, Wilkinson has been tipped for a bright future with Wanderers and appears to be on the verge of making the jump from development squad football to the first-team squad.
