Nigel Miller will referee Saturday's Championship fixture between Blackpool and Bolton at Bloomfield Road.
Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 3-1 victory over Wigan Athletic, while the Seasiders were beaten by the same scoreline at Leeds United prior to the international break.
Miller, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 12 matches so far this season - issuing 32 yellow cards and no red.
His last outing was on November 8, when he was the man in the middle for Sheffield Wednesday's goalless draw with Rotherham United at Hillsborough. The County Durham official produced one yellow card that afternoon, to Rotherham's Kirk Broadfoot.
Miller's last match in charge of Bolton was in March 2013, when Wanderers were 1-0 winners over Brighton & Hove Albion at the Reebok Stadium. Lee Chung-Yong was shown a yellow card that day, while Seagulls forward Ashley Barnes was shown a straight red in second-half stoppage time.
The last time he refereed a Blackpool fixture was on March 15, when they were beaten 3-1 at Leicester City. Four yellow cards were issued that day, with two being presented to each side.
