Tim Ream won his 10th international cap on Wednesday, playing the final 27 minutes in the USA's 1-1 draw with Honduras.

Ream replaced Matt Besler just after the hour mark at the FAU Football Stadium, in Boca Raton, Florida, as the States conceded a late equaliser for the second time in the space of just five days.

Last Friday, a 5th minute opener from Mikkel Diskerud was cancelled out by an 88th leveller from Enner Valencia, as Ecuador came back to earn a draw.

This time around, Maynor Figueroa equalised two minutes from time to deny Jurgen Klinsmann's side victory, after Jozy Altidore had put them ahead after 10 minutes.

Altidore's opener came about through some superb midfield play from Diskerud and Michael Bradley. Diskerud intercepted a loose ball just inside his own half of the field and played it to Bradley. The Toronto FC man then picked out Altidore, who cut in from the left before drilling the ball past Donis Escober at his near post.

Andy Najar failed to make the most of a goalkeeping error from Nick Rimando, as Honduras were gifted an opportunity in the 19th minute, but they began to get closer after the break.

Romell Quioto and Victor Bernandez both troubled Rimando from distance, but they did pull level with four minutes to go as Figueroa headed home a free-kick from Mario Martinez - after Diskerud had committed a foul on Marvin Chavez.

The USA return to action on November 17, 2014, when Ream could win his 11th cap in a friendly against the Republic of Ireland, in Dublin.
