Jay Spearing has been voted as Bolton's Man of the Match in Wednesday's 4-0 defeat at Fulham.

Spearing was one of very few players to receive any praise for their performance at Craven Cottage, as a demoralising performance from Wanderers saw them drop down to 23rd in the Championship table.

The Trotters captain saw off competition from Craig Davies and Dorian Dervite, who finished in joint 2nd, although it will go down as an honour he won't be too proud to claim.
